By default, you will be assigned an anonymous user account to interact with Joy Cafe’s online functionality and for analytics and crash reporting. However, if you sign into Joy Cafe with Google, Apple, or Facebook, your Joy Cafe player data may be associated back to your Google, Apple, or Facebook account identifiers, such as your email address.
Request Data Deletion
If you signed in with Google, Apple, or Facebook, then you can request to have your Joy Cafe data deleted by following the steps below:
- Take a screenshot of the in-game Settings menu in Joy Cafe; the app version and your Joy Cafe player ID will be displayed at the bottom of the window.
- Send an email to support@blissarte.com with the headline Data Deletion Request and attach the screenshot to the email.
- Send this email from the email address associated with the Google, Apple, or Facebook account that you signed into Joy Cafe with.
- Await deletion confirmation from Joy Cafe support.
All data associated with your Joy Cafe account, including your game progress and related analytics, will be irretrievably deleted. No backups of your data will be kept, and your data cannot be restored once deleted.
